Solution Architect - Supply Chain

Job Summary

Supporting product launches and engaging with customers, the full-time remote Solution Architect - Supply Chain will leverage expertise in high-tech and semiconductor industries to design solutions, refine processes, and lead a team of consultants to ensure product integration into client operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support concurrent product launches from strategic planning through execution and growth stages
• Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects to capture feedback and collaborate with product management and engineering teams
• Accountable for solution design, including refining process flows, creating user stories, and defining overall data flow

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in the supply chain management software industry
• At least 5 years of experience in high-tech supply chain or a related field
• Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and solutions, with experience in applications like Maestro, Oracle, or Blue Yonder
• Technical leadership experience in data integration, management, and system deployment for supply chain software implementations
