Solution Architect Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solution Architects, the full-time remote Solution Architect Team Lead will oversee complex customer engagements, mentor team members, and bridge communication between R&D and go-to-market teams while driving the deployment of Cyera's platform in enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects, providing guidance and professional development
• Act as the primary liaison between R&D and field teams, ensuring technical requirements and product feedback are effectively communicated
• Design and troubleshoot complex customer deployments of Cyera's platform, operationalizing data scanning and protection capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably in data security or cloud platforms
• 2+ years in a leadership position with a proven track record of mentoring engineers/architects
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience securing workloads
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
