Solution Architect, WFM Systems
Job Summary
Leading the architectural authority for global Workforce Management technology, the full-time remote Solution Architect, WFM Systems will manage the end-to-end architecture for UKG Pro Workforce Management, guide the modernization of legacy systems, and ensure scalable and compliant solutions across various integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architecture for UKG Pro Workforce Management, defining current and future-state solutions across various workforce management capabilities
- Guide the migration from UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM, addressing technical debt and ensuring smooth data transitions
- Design integrations between UKG Pro WFM and systems like Workday and Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring reliable data flows and compliance with business requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Labor Forecasting, and related WFM processes
- Proven ability to design solution and integration architectures for large-scale enterprise programs
- Experience with integrating UKG Pro WFM with Workday and Oracle Cloud ERP
