• 7+ years of industry experience in technology
• 4+ years of experience in services pre-sales or post-sales delivery/support
• Mastery of at least two required technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Cisco solutions
• Desire to develop expertise in secondary technologies
• Experience in guiding customers to appropriate solutions while fostering a collaborative environment
