Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Consultant to support large-scale clients in the US and Canada in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deployment planning, solution adoption, and technical issue resolution to ensure positive customer experiences
• Establish a governance model with clients and conduct regular stakeholder meetings with accurate record-keeping
• Develop and deliver training sessions, set customer success criteria, and troubleshoot customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing support or consulting role
• Good project management skills and ability to handle conflicting priorities
• Working knowledge of internet-hosted applications, computer security, telephony, and networking
• Previous consulting experience with emergency preparedness or business continuity is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
