Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Consultant responsible for implementing complex Treasury Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
• Lead technical testing and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve operational methods
• Act as a senior escalation point for implementation and customer care issues related to solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, or Computer Science with 5 years of related experience, or HS/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Technical experience with hardware, software, and networks
• Minimum five years' experience in a technical support or development role
• Background in Treasury Management or complex payments solutions
• Working knowledge of a scripting language and experience with MS-Office applications, Visio, and databases
