Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Consultant to support the launch of a new platform initiative in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Product teams to engage prospective clients and design tailored solution approaches
• Lead initial implementations and manage client onboarding, ensuring early value realization
• Serve as a domain expert, capturing client feedback and collaborating with Product Management for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting, implementation, or customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience in scaling configurable enterprise platforms, preferably in legal tech or workflow automation
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) with troubleshooting experience
• Strong understanding of law firm dynamics and the ability to engage with legal operations teams
• Experience working closely with Product teams to influence feedback loops and roadmap development
