Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Consultant to partner with clients and translate business needs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with clients to understand their Customer and Employee Experience needs and designs implementation plans
• Establishes and maintains client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle and serves as a trusted advisor
• Launches programs for new clients and supports expansion opportunities for existing clients while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience with project planning and organization across multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Familiarity with applicable software applications, including project management tools
• Basic knowledge of customer service, retention, and onboarding best practices
• Aptitude for technical software products and solution-oriented discussions
