Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with presales Solution Consulting and field sales teams, the remote Solution Consultant will engage with clients to identify business challenges and develop integrated solutions using Docusign's platform, while demonstrating the value of modernizing their System of Agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to secure new business within assigned territories and accounts
• Document and analyze complex business challenges and enterprise architecture
• Conduct technical discussions and deliver custom product demonstrations to stakeholders at all levels

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a presales role selling SaaS solutions
• BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams and proposals
• Proven track record of engaging with executive-level staff, including C-suite leaders
• Familiarity with eSignature and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) concepts
