Solution Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contract-to-permanent Solution Consultant will guide clients through discovery, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled project management solutions while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading discovery sessions to understand business needs and translating them into OnePlan configurations
• Implementing and integrating PPM or Work Management platforms, including Microsoft Project Online and Smartsheet
• Delivering workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase solution possibilities to clients

Required qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms in a SaaS or consulting environment
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Project, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of PPM and SPM concepts such as capacity planning and resource management
• Consultative mindset with the ability to map business processes to system configurations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
