Solution Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Strategic Implementation organization, the remote Solution Consultant will partner with customers to deploy and adopt SaaS solutions, translating business needs into effective technology designs while managing multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their business goals and success criteria
• Translate customer needs into solution designs aligned with product capabilities
• Support implementation activities and help customers navigate change through training and go-live preparation

• Strong interest in technology and SaaS solutions
• Experience in consulting, implementation, or customer success roles
• Comfort working in customer-facing environments with high expectations
• Ability to manage competing project timelines effectively
• Self-directed, adaptable, and eager to learn
