Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solution Consultant will manage the deployment of SaaS solutions, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define customer business requirements and current operations
• Develop change management strategies to align current and future states of operations
• Lead presale and implementation discovery discussions with key customer roles

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Multifamily experience
• Expert level knowledge of a RealPage product and integration
• Novice level proficiency in consulting processes
• Ability to engage and lead conversations with Directors and regional level contacts
