Solution Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contract-to-permanent Solution Consultant will guide customers through discovery, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled portfolio and project management solutions while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leading discovery sessions to translate business needs into OnePlan configurations
• Implementing and integrating PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan and Microsoft Project Online
• Managing solution rollouts and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms in a SaaS or consulting environment
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Project, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of PPM and SPM concepts such as capacity planning and resource management
• Consultative mindset with the ability to map business processes to system configurations
• Professionalism and resilience in navigating complex client environments
