Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support healthcare technology solutions, the full-time remote Solution Consultant will facilitate discussions across teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and translate business needs into actionable requirements while working on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions and workshops across business, product, marketing, analytics, architecture, and engineering teams
- Build strong partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery objectives
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, use cases, and requirements artifacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting or Technology Consulting roles
- Experience implementing or supporting Consumer Data Platforms (CDP) and MarTech ecosystems
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 5+ years of healthcare experience
