Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Solution Consulting Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Technical Architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Establish architectural standards and create reusable assets to ensure high-quality delivery across engagements
• Engage with customers and internal teams to lead technical architecture and design engagements, aligning solutions with customer initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Platform expertise
• 5+ years of people management experience with a focus on developing technical teams
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions across various domains such as ITSM and ITOM
• Strong understanding of integration architecture principles and cloud platforms
