Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solution Consulting - Practice Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop Technical Architects while leading the AMS Solution Architect Practice
• Establish architectural standards and create reusable assets to ensure high-quality delivery across engagements
• Engage with customers and partners to align technical solutions with strategic initiatives and provide advisory workshops

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Platform expertise
• 5+ years of people management experience with a track record in developing technical teams
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and solution design across various domains
• Experience with cloud platforms and integration architecture principles
