Solution Consulting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solution Consulting - Practice Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop Technical Architects and oversee a team of 50+ Solution Architects
• Establish architectural standards and create reusable assets to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead technical architecture engagements and collaborate with customers to align solutions with strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years with the ServiceNow Platform
• 5+ years of people management experience in leading technical teams
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions across various domains such as ITSM and ITOM
• Strong understanding of integration architecture principles and cloud platforms
