Job Summary
Partnering with Sales to drive net new business, the full-time salaried Solution Consulting Principal will design programs and business cases for employer partners, ensuring successful implementation and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and manage complex deal design from initiation to implementation handoff
- Build business cases for employer prospects, leading solutioning efforts with cross-functional teams
- Tailor solutions to meet employer needs, leveraging deep understanding of Guild's capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or business development, preferably in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments
- Proven success in partnering with Sales teams to execute complex sales strategies for large accounts
- Experience building executive-level relationships and communicating business value to C-suite stakeholders
- Strong background in designing customized enterprise solutions that align with client goals and ROI expectations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide creative solutions to unique client challenges
