Job Summary
Partnering with Sales to drive net new business, the full-time salaried Solution Consulting Principal will design programs and business cases for employer partners, ensuring successful implementation and delivery while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and manage complex deal designs from inception to implementation handoff
- Build business cases including budget and ROI models, leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partnership launches
- Tailor solutions to meet employer needs based on a deep understanding of Guild's offerings and capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or business development, preferably in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments
- Proven success in developing and executing complex sales strategies for large enterprise accounts
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and communicate business value to senior stakeholders
- Experience in designing customized enterprise solutions aligned with client goals and ROI expectations
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional deal cycles and navigating ambiguity in problem-solving
