Solution Delivery Lead
Job Summary
Serving as the technical lead for new IT implementations, the full-time Solution Delivery Lead will manage application and integration design, coordinate customer requirements, and oversee test execution while working remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business needs into requirements and project estimates, driving innovative technology solutions
- Facilitate the design and configuration of applications in collaboration with application teams
- Deliver timely project status reports and provide 24 x 7 on-call support for go-lives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, business, or a related field
- 3 years or more in IT solution delivery or implementation experience
- 2 years or more in Transportation Management and/or Distribution Management Technology
- Experience with system integration design and intermediate knowledge of transportation and warehouse management technologies
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
