Solution Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to lead product teams in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and manage multiple program workstreams while promoting Lean-Agile practices
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of program increments from the Program Roadmap
• Serve as the primary communication point between leadership, stakeholders, and agile teams, providing updates and risk mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or a related field with at least 5+ years of experience
• 10+ years of direct Veterans Affairs experience in managing product delivery and software development
• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams using Lean Agile practices
• Proven track record in product development and deployment with measurable outcomes
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and project management principles
