Solution Deployment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Deployment and Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer adoption and provide white glove client support in commercialization of technology solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve solution development and client satisfaction
• Drive product enhancement based on customer needs and feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmacy administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in pharmacy procurement or similar roles
• Experience in solution deployment, customer success, or project management in the technology industry
• Relevant certifications in project management or customer success management
• Working knowledge of pharmacy ordering workflows, 340B rules, and pharmacy operational workflow
