Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Developer to create customized digital and print content aligned to customer and state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital and print products, including audio, video, eLearning, and learning objects
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand project requirements and ensure solutions meet objectives
• Manage timelines and deliverables while organizing and tracking project assets according to departmental guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in digital product development or digital program management; print product development experience preferred
• Solid understanding of digital content development and instructional design principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
• Familiarity with content management systems and learning management systems preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
