Job Summary

A company is looking for a DWS Solution Development Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive design reviews, technical coordination, and standards across development leads and architects
• Create and review technical assessments and high-level requirements for projects
• Collaborate on developing and maintaining the software architecture roadmap and vision

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of leadership experience
• Experience in managing resources and driving execution of solution development
• Ability to mentor senior development leads
• Familiarity with service platform architecture integrating ITSM tools and automation
