Solution Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Director II to manage strategies and solutions for complex business opportunities and competitive renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in pre-sales activities and assists the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Leads the pursuit and solution process, including responses to RFx and proposal creation
• Develops Statements of Work (SOWs) and manages the overall solution integration to deliver compelling solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
• Proven track record in leading large IT Managed Services pursuits
• Strong technical knowledge in multiple areas of IT infrastructure services
• ITIL certification preferred
