Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Lead/Solution Director to lead complex service engagements and enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and win strategic opportunities by collaborating with Account Executives and leading consultative discovery
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations
  • Orchestrate integrated solutions across various services and ensure operational viability and commercial appeal
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years in Solution Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Sales
  • Proven success in leading complex service deals ranging from $5M to $50M+
  • Experience in managed and professional services environments
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and modernization strategies
  • Expertise in consultative, outcome-based selling with demonstrated executive presence
