Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored demos and support sales through objection handling and RFP responses
• Execute structured onboarding processes to ensure client success and reduce time to first value
• Provide escalation support and risk mitigation for high-risk accounts

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in tax technology, implementation, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment
• Deep familiarity with tax workflows and multi-entity structures
• Strong experience in delivering live demos and client training
• Experience with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot or Asana
• Ability to support onboarding and manage client escalations effectively
