Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineer who will provide technical leadership and support in crafting tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate customer requirements into best-practice solutions
• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned opportunities and manage the opportunity pipeline
• Develop and present strategic solutions and documentation to support the sales process

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of working experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a technical role supporting B2B IT or IT consulting sales
• Professional qualification or a degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in ISP/Data Center/Managed Services or related industries providing technical sales support
• Mastery of system administration on both Linux and Windows, with familiarity in Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
• Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, or KVM
