Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineer, responsible for driving the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical audiences
• Conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for technical topics
• Create and deliver customer-centric technical presentations and demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of WFM principles and fundamentals
• Experience using WFM software, preferably NICE WFM
• Ability to manipulate data using Microsoft tools like Excel or MS Access
• Understanding of relational databases such as MSSQL and Oracle
• Experience in selling enterprise-level software is a plus
