Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineer to design and develop scalable integrations and demo environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable proof of concept integrations and demo environments
• Build secure, production-quality full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and APIs
• Rapidly prototype integrations that combine various solutions and AI-driven capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales engineering experience in Unified Communications
• Experience with high availability telephony and contact center architectures
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership
• Ability to work effectively on a remote basis
• Strong initiative and ownership of the demo environment and related actions
