Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Eastern time zone, the full-time Solution Engineer will partner with existing customers to implement add-on modules, serve as a technical expert on the product suite, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with existing customers to design and implement additional products
• Act as the technical expert on the product suite, helping customers unlock new value
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to support strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in finance or accounting
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex models
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging CFOs and finance directors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
