Job Summary

As a key technical anchor within the Apromore Specialist team, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will manage technical discovery sessions, prototype AI-driven solutions, and guide enterprise clients through automation and AI adoption processes.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive technical discovery sessions to analyze business problems and design optimized processes
Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable prototypes to validate technical feasibility of AI automations
Guide clients in designing data models and integrating enterprise data ecosystems for effective process intelligence

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical selling or project delivery roles
Expertise in process analytics, process mining, and data-driven business process management
Strong skills in SQL, Python, and building data pipelines and API integrations
Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLMs and agentic orchestration frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, or equivalent
