Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical partner for a key Health Information Exchange (HIE) customer, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will lead technical troubleshooting, guide architectural discussions, and help maximize the value of the FHIR data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical lead for a major HIE customer engagement, building trusted relationships with customer technical teams and providing guidance on best practices
  • Lead solution-oriented discussions to optimize the use of FHIR repository, REST APIs, and analytics data warehouse integration
  • Investigate and resolve complex healthcare data issues, collaborating with internal engineering teams to deliver timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical customer-facing roles
  • Strong expertise in API-based platforms and data-driven systems, with hands-on experience in FHIR and healthcare interoperability
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data workflows across operational and analytics environments
  • Experience working with cloud-based systems and modern data architectures
  • Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex technical and customer issues and driving them to successful resolution
