Solution Engineer

Job Summary

To support fraud identity solutions, the full-time Solution Engineer will engage with clients, conduct backend data research, and deliver technical presentations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Identity Verification Solution and engage with prospective clients to assess their technical requirements
• Create and deliver technical presentations and proposals, collaborating with the sales team to respond to RFPs and RFIs
• Conduct backend data research to diagnose issues and support customer onboarding by validating integration correctness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
• Proven experience in a technical role such as software engineering, system administration, or technical support
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams with data research and technical escalations
• Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
