Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the functional and technical sales process, the remote Solution Engineer will manage customer requirements, deliver tailored demonstrations, and influence clients on the value of NiCE's solutions while collaborating with account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver demonstrations that align the NiCE portfolio with customer business challenges
• Identify and manage functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts
• Lead all technical aspects of the sales process and assist with proof of concepts (POC)

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting multiple software products and services in sophisticated accounts
• 1+ years of experience with Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions
• Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities
• Experience customizing and building storyboards for demos and POCs
• Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins
