Job Summary
As a full-time Solution Engineer (Post Implementation) working remotely, the candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, diagnosing configurations, and managing incidents while ensuring the stability and reliability of the Certa platform.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and communicating effectively throughout the support ticket lifecycle
- Diagnose configurations and provide best-practice guidance while maintaining knowledge of Certa's workflows and data structures
- Manage incident prioritization and escalations, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and documenting complex issues for further action
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation Support within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS configuration concepts and troubleshooting skills, with exposure to APIs and RESTful services preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Engineering or a related field
- Curious and analytical mindset with the ability to remain calm and structured under pressure
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and familiarity with workflow automation or risk management platforms is a plus
