Job Summary
Providing exceptional technical support to clients, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize product performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction with Onit's suite of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure advanced technical solutions and address complex product inquiries related to Onit's offerings
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges across the product stack efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive resolution of client issues and drive product enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in advanced customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Ruby programming and knowledge of Python
- Prior experience with SaaS implementations/integrations
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and business process automation tools
