Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Providing exceptional technical support to clients, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize product performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction with Onit's suite of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure advanced technical solutions and address complex product inquiries related to Onit's offerings
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges across the product stack efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive resolution of client issues and drive product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in advanced customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Ruby programming and knowledge of Python
• Prior experience with SaaS implementations/integrations
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and business process automation tools
