Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with enterprise clients, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will manage strategic engagements, focusing on value alignment and adoption of portfolio planning and agile management solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers and build relationships across IT and business silos
• Identify and lead adoption activities while maintaining account opportunity and engagement information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present solution roadmaps and ensure synergy across customer solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or a master's degree with 10+ years in a technology or business-related discipline
• Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, and Agile management solutions
• Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
• Ability to translate customer business problems into software solutions
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including software demonstration abilities
