Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the entire outcome of decision systems, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will engage with clients to identify and solve complex business problems, model solutions using proprietary technology, and enhance the platform through innovative contributions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of discovery, modeling, implementation, and performance tuning for decision systems
• Design and develop solutions using ontologies, rules, and predictive models based on customer data
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to determine the feasibility of solutions and document findings for future reference

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production software in customer environments
• Proven end-to-end ownership of projects from problem definition to production deployment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery
• Solid programming skills in Python and ability to work with declarative or logic-style languages
• Experience in high-autonomy environments and ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
