Solution Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating closely with enterprise customers, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will manage strategic engagements to ensure value realization from enterprise portfolio planning and agile management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers and build relationships across IT and business silos
- Lead adoption activities and maintain account opportunity information while managing team members within assigned accounts
- Present solution and adoption roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure synergy across solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 17+ years or Master's degree with 15+ years of related experience
- Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, and Agile management solutions
- Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
- Ability to translate customer business problems into software solutions
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including software demonstration capabilities
