Job Summary
To empower nonprofit organizations, the remote Solution Engineer will leverage enterprise technology solutions, guiding partners through the donation lifecycle and designing impactful technology implementations on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess nonprofit partner needs and readiness for technology adoption
- Design and present tailored technology solutions using AI and automation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit leadership and internal teams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise platform implementation or technical sales experience
- Deep expertise with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow or similar
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, or mission-driven customers is highly preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
