Solution Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineering Manager to lead a team of Solution Engineers for the Federal Civilian Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of solution engineers for product introduction and evaluation
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and build relationships
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services to deliver solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or engineering capacity
• 2+ years of direct front line management experience
• Expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or Cloud Computing
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
• Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences
