Key Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage a Solution Engineering team to achieve performance goals
• Improve sales methodology and develop tailored product presentations and demonstrations
• Assess training needs and implement programs to enhance the skills of the Sales Engineering team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager and sales engineer
• Strong understanding of the Identity Security market and best practices
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience managing relationships with product teams and decision makers
• Experience in account planning and strategy development
