Solution Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple projects from inception to completion, the full-time remote Solution Implementation Manager will oversee project planning, budget management, and client engagement to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates project strategic intent and provides management support to meet client needs
• Ensures adherence to processes and timelines while managing budgets and resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitates client and internal meetings, capturing updates and managing the legal, medical, and regulatory review processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• 4-year college degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to establish clear directions and understand job responsibilities of team members
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech industry preferred
