Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Manager, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document solution designs, collaborate with Solution Engineers, and present solutions to merchants
• Create tickets for engineers, test and validate proof of concepts, and maintain enterprise competitive analysis documentation
• Collaborate with various teams to communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and ensure deliverables are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
• Consulting/agency background, eCommerce merchant experience, or B2B SaaS product company experience preferred
• 5 years of experience in a Product or Project role focused on eCommerce
