Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and technically proficient Solution Outcome Management Leader, this full-time remote position will manage and scale the Managed Services Customer Success organization, focusing on customer retention, expansion, and overall value realization across the managed services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Solution Outcome Managers supporting managed services customers
- Establish the operating model, processes, and KPIs for the Solution Outcome Management organization
- Own customer retention and account profitability while developing executive-level relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or related customer-facing leadership roles
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Customer Success Managers or customer-facing teams
- Proven experience building or transforming a Customer Success practice with a strong technical background in IT infrastructure or managed services
- Experience leading executive-level customer engagements and driving customer retention and growth
