Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of managed services customers, the remote Solution Outcome Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability through effective technology adoption and utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and IT decision-makers
- Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, proactively mitigating risks to retention
- Identify opportunities for additional managed services and collaborate with sales teams for account expansion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or Account Management roles
- Hands-on technical experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or virtualization
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and account profitability
- Experience conducting executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
