Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Partner Manager, Referral.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Referral partner portfolio by serving as the primary contact for Solution Partners
- Design and execute referral motions to drive sourced pipeline and influenced ARR
- Recruit and activate new productive partners while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance partner impact
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years in sales, partnerships, channel, business development, or a similar GTM role
- Experience with Salesforce and PRM or deal registration tools
- Comfortable owning revenue and opportunity creation targets
- Understanding of workflows for AEs, SEs, and BDRs
- Proven ability to build and scale new partner motions
