Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Partner Manager, Referral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow the Referral partner portfolio by serving as the primary contact for Solution Partners
  • Design and execute referral motions to drive sourced pipeline and influenced ARR
  • Recruit and activate new productive partners while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance partner impact


Required Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years in sales, partnerships, channel, business development, or a similar GTM role
  • Experience with Salesforce and PRM or deal registration tools
  • Comfortable owning revenue and opportunity creation targets
  • Understanding of workflows for AEs, SEs, and BDRs
  • Proven ability to build and scale new partner motions
