Solution Portfolio Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Portfolio Lead, oCHRO.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent alignment with oCHRO lines of business to anticipate upcoming product shifts
• Serve as the front door for content curation by partnering with subject matter experts
• Translate CHRO persona challenges and priorities into actionable enablement requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex programs/projects (for Principal role) or 5+ years (for Senior role)
• 7+ years of experience leading multiple work streams and driving timelines (for Principal role) or 5+ years (for Senior role)
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end software customer lifecycle
• Experience managing structured content libraries and establishing clear governance standards
• General familiarity with oCHRO solutions such as Talent Management or Workforce Planning tools
