Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Portfolio Lead, oCFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent alignment with oCFO lines of business to anticipate upcoming product shifts
• Serve as the front door for content curation by partnering with subject matter experts
• Translate CFO persona challenges and priorities into actionable enablement requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex programs/projects (Principal role) or 5+ years (Senior role)
• Experience leading multiple work streams and driving timelines
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end software customer lifecycle
• Experience managing structured content libraries and establishing governance standards
• General familiarity with oCFO solutions such as Talent Management or Workforce Planning tools
